Good breakfast, good facilities (pool, gym), very friendly staff (willing to print some docs for me). The hotel is next to the night market and a buzzing 'evening' scene with bars and restaurants.

The hotel is centrally located, a short ride away from the old town, and just across the road from Maya shopping mall. The room is spacious, with big bathroom and a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety and options. The restaurant decor was quite creative and inspiring.

Location was superb. One side was Maya shopping centre, the other was One Nimman. There were a lot of cafes and eateries within the area. Area wasn’t as conjested as Old City which was a plus. View was good (facing Doi Suthep). Liked the hotel app that can arrange for room makeup time & request for top-up of amenities. Breakfast buffet was filling and good variety - best was the fresh juices served.

Breakfast is delicious but not many choices for cook section. They have live omelette and noodle station. Overall I would say breakfast is good. Two bed room suite was very spacious and a big balcony with nice view. Very good to see sunrise. Bathroom were nice. Two bathroom attached with bedrooms and extra toilet behind the small kitchen. A washer dryer was available in the room. Master bath had a jacuzzi.

Location is super, with shopping mall near by. Easy access to travel around Chiang Mai city. The staffs are mostly very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping did a great job in cleaning.

Staff went out of their way to provide my dietary needs at breakfast. Loved the view of Doi Suthep and the location near all of Nimmanheamind's hotspots. Great breakfast, great room, lovely staff, will stay here again.

Almost everything was to my liking. Staff was great, they spoke English n was attentive. Breakfast was beyond what I expected, service crew was fast n quick to respond. Room was clean. Rented a car from airport, self drive to hotel n had no issues with parking at all. Location is very good as it is at a junction n there is no issues returning after late. There are 2 malls just across n lots of choices of eateries. I strongly recommend this Hotel.

Quick service recovery. Shower water pressure and temperature are consistent. Big gym room. Comfortable bed. Japanese style cubicle (auto bidet). Ample space to open the luggage. Great breakfast options, love the egg station, the choices of desserts (thick pancakes are yum!) and fruit smoothies. Hotel next to mall.

The facilities, location, view, amenities in room, comfort of bed and room, the room service, staff and breakfast were amazing!!! I had the Mountain View with kitchenette and it was incredible. the breakfast was packed but for good reason and had a lovely restaurant & out door seating which was very nice. I love how they have a pool with shade! that was definitely a huge factor why I booked. the cafe downstairs is also nice
